Tequila and Lime Shrimp
Simple 20 Minute Paleo Recipe that is High in Protein

Tequila & Lime Shrimp
This quick paleo recipe only takes about 10-15 minutes, prepped and cooked. This is great for a quick lunch or dinner but can also be used to impress friends or family!

The tequila makes for a fun dish which also improves the flavor...even if you hate tequila!

Ingredients

-2-3 tablespoons of Unrefined Coconut Oil
-1 tablespoon of fresh Garlic

-1/2 teaspoon Dried Chipotle Pepper (Chili)
-1 LB medium uncooked shrimp
-3 tablespoons of butter
-2-3 tablespoons tequila
-1-2 tablespoons of lime juice
-1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
-salt & pepper

How to Prepare

1. Heat large skillet and add unrefined coconut oil
2. Add garlic and chipotle pepper powder, cook for about 1 minute
3. Add shrimp, butter, and the tequila to skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink
4.Add lime juice and cilantro
5. Enjoy
