What Paleo Evolved is Not
Other Paleo diet resources have the same pseudo science repeated over and over again. Things like "we have not had time to adapt to neolithic food" is not science based. Also, it is best to "only eat what cavemen eat" is not 100% accurate either. This assumes that we have not adapted at all in the last 10,000 years - which is unlikely. To assume everybody cannot handle dairy or legumes is simply an assumption, not based on science.
For example, many people do not eat legumes (beans) due to the anti nutrient content. What is left out is that most of the anti nutrients are deactivated with heat, which is how we humans eat legumes!
