Paleo Meatballs - Buffalo Meatballs With Bacon

Paleo Meatballs
Ingredients

-2 lbs of Ground Buffalo (Any Red Meat)
-2 Omega 3 Eggs
-Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder
-3/4 lbs Uncured/Nitrate Free Bacon (Trader Joe's carries this)
-Skewers to keep together

Instructions

-Preheat oven to 350* and add foil to a cookie sheet of choice
-Combine all of the ingredients (with your paws) in a large bowl until consistant (minus the bacon).
-Seperate into 1" round balls for the meatballs
-Wrap each meatball with bacon and slide onto the skewer (I prefer 3 balls to a skewer)
-Put in oven to about 30 minutes or until desired
-Enjoy
