-3 Omega-3 Eggs
-3 Tbsp. Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (Dairy)
-1/2 Tbsp. Rosemary
-Avacado
-Salt & Pepper
-Walnut Salad (optional)
-Mini Muffin Tray

Preperations
1. Oil mini-muffin paln.
2. Prehead oven to 400*
3. Add 1 slice of Prosciutto to eat cup.
4. Whisk eggs, yogurt, rosemary in a bowl.
