Pasture Raised Lamb with Parsnips and Tators
As you can see from the picture above, the bone is full of delicious bone marrow! Growing up I would have avoided this like the plague, but now that I eat Paleo I know better and love "God's Butter".
This is a sample paleo meal that I would use post workout. Plenty of protein and carbs to refuel, plus some veggies for the bonus nutrition.
The recipe is pretty simple, here it is;
Preperations
Lamb Chop-Avocado Oil -Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder -Fresh Lemon Juice -Fresh Rosemary -BBQ at 400* -4 minutes per side (Rare) | Parsnips-Peel Parsnips -Slice into "fry" size slices -Pan fry in Grass Fed Butter until soft | Potatoes-Boil Potatoes -Mash in Bowl -Grass Fed Butter -Add Raw Milk Cream -Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder |
